At AJ Red Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for CDs, clothing, and merchandise purchased through www.ajredmusic.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for physical items purchased directly from ajredmusic.com under the following conditions:
CDs

Must be unopened, unused, and in original shrink-wrapped packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Opened, unsealed, or damaged CDs cannot be returned unless faulty.
Clothing and Merchandise

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

All tags and labels must be intact and attached.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items of clothing must not be worn, except for trying on to check fit.

Personalised or custom-printed items (e.g. names, artwork, limited editions) are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Faulty or defective

Damaged in transit

Incorrect (wrong size, product, or colour)
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at agent@ajredmusic.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
We will:

Offer a replacement or exchange (subject to availability), or

Provide a full refund, including return postage, if the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

Email agent@ajredmusic.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for confirmation and a return reference number.

Repackage the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as AJ Red Music cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges will be dispatched once the returned item is received and approved.
Shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
6. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Worn, washed, or damaged clothing.
