AJ RED MUSIC – END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

1. Introduction

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which you (“the Listener”, “you”, or “your”) may access, stream, or download music owned or distributed by AJ Red Music (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via www.ajredmusic.com or any authorised streaming or download platform.

By accessing, purchasing, streaming, or downloading any of our music, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, please do not use or access our content.

2. Ownership and Copyright

All music, artwork, logos, graphics, and related content made available by AJ Red Music are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights, title, and interest in the music and associated artwork remain the sole property of AJ Red Music and its licensors.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing, streaming, or downloading any track.
You are granted only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to listen to the music for personal entertainment.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

Stream or download tracks from authorised platforms for personal, non-commercial use only.
Store a copy of purchased music on your personal device for your own listening.
Share links to our official pages (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, ajredmusic.com) with others for promotional or social purposes.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly perform our music without written permission.
Upload, repost, or stream our tracks on any platform not authorised by AJ Red Music.
Use our music in any film, video, advertisement, public event, or remix project without express written consent.
Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or licensing controls.

Unauthorised use of AJ Red Music content may result in legal action.

5. Streaming and Platform Use

When you access our music through third-party platforms (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, iTunes), your use is also governed by their respective Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or technical performance of third-party services.

6. Purchases and Downloads

When purchasing music directly from ajredmusic.com:

You are purchasing a licence to listen, not ownership of the underlying recording.
Digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link or stream is accessed.
You must not share or distribute download links or files.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our content if you breach this Agreement or engage in unauthorised use of our material.

Termination does not affect our right to seek damages or pursue legal remedies for infringement.

8. Disclaimer

All content is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free playback, or compatibility with specific devices or platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Red Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our music, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on www.ajredmusic.com. Continued use of our music after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
