We accept returns for physical CDs purchased directly from ajredmusic.com under the following conditions:

The CD must be unopened, unused, and in its original shrink-wrapped packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Opened, unsealed, or damaged CDs cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a CD that is:

Faulty (e.g. skips, does not play properly, or has manufacturing defects), or

Damaged in transit
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at agent@ajredmusic.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
We will:

Offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

Provide a full refund including return postage costs if the item is confirmed faulty or damaged.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

Repackage the CD securely and send it to the return address provided.
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
